LEVAIN
MAKING A NEW YORK CITY ICON ICONIC
Founded in 1995 on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Levain is a beloved bakery famous for its oversized cookies. After being acquired by investors with plans to expand nationwide, the company needed a distinct identity and scalable retail experience to introduce the bakery to new markets. Working with founders Pam and Connie and their new CEO, we captured the heart and charm of Levain’s humble beginnings and expressed it in a brand identity centered on its iconic cookie. We activated the brand through a retail blueprint that could be executed consistently across the country, setting the stage for expansion.
