GUIDING THE WAY INTO WEB3

Launched in 2016, MetaMask became the leading cryptocurrency wallet with over 30 million users. With ambitions to reach mainstream audiences, the company needed an identity that could signal safety and trust while staying true to its commitment to user privacy. We transformed the fox, beloved by its community but limited as a logo, into a dynamic mascot welcoming newcomers to Web3. A new logo inspired by the fox’s silhouette, paired with a system drawn from its polygon motif, extended the brand into a distinct and expansive world. By uniting its community and welcoming new audiences, the refreshed identity advances MetaMask’s mission to make Web3 accessible for all.
